Sift Bake Shop is a French focussed bakery specializing in homemade breakfast pastries, artisanal breads, entremets, cookies & more. Sift is proudly owned and operated by Pastry Chef Adam Young, the winner of Food Network's 2018 "Best Baker in America." Everything at Sift is made daily and from scratch, and the bakery also offers a thoughtful beverage selection, including fresh squeezed lemonade in the summer, to inventive seasonal lattes throughout the year. Sift also features an assortment of savory items including quiches, sandwiches, & salads. At Sift we aim to serve our customers a unique and quality product in a warm and welcoming environment.
