Clarke Cycles, the retail store opened in 1983 with the intention of continuing framebuilding during the slower months. After building only 2 frames Clarke called it quits, and devoted all of his time to operating the store. Since then Clarke Cycles has grown to be recognized as the premiere bicycle store in the area.
