Family dining is at the heart of Harbor Seal. The building, once known to locals as Marty’s, has been completely upgraded and the menu redesigned offering a casual dining experience with creatively prepared fresh foods.
Owner and Chef, Mauricio Salgar, describes his menu as “comfort food for all tastes.” Given the success of his earlier ventures, such as The Black Seal of Essex and Gabrielles of Centerbrook, Harbor Seal offers your family a fun atmosphere, scrumptious food and friendly service.
